GRADING
Grades are issued four times a year and shown on the report card as a percentage grade. The grade represents a combination of the student mastery of the subject and, in most cases, the student’s relative performance within the specific class section.

Percentage Grades
90 to 100 A Outstanding
80 to 89 B Above Average
70 to 79 C Average
Less than 70 F Failure

HONOR ROLL
High Honors: Awarded to students with a percentage of 92 or above.
Second Honors: Awarded to students with a percentage average of 88 through 91.
*Note: Honor Roll grades are based on a students' unweighted average for the marking period.
